Cancel Returns and Exchanges
We do everything in our e-shop to inquire about our products. Provide the best possible Also ask self to us if you have any questions or if there is a lack of clarity on the website. We appreciate your contribution to this area very much.
Yet it can happen that you are not completely satisfied when you receive the product, or that the delivery is damaged.
In our shop you are entitled to the statutory period of 14 calendar days, starting from the moment you receive the goods.
If the goods do not satisfy, please contact us first. If they are damaged, do not open the packaging. Always take a picture and send it via email through, along with a description of the complaint.

The Belgian law on commercial practices, consumer protection and information of 12 April 2010 allows the purchaser within 14 days from the delivery of the product to inform you that he / she decides not to purchase the seller. The goods are then, undamaged, unused and unopened, to be returned within 5 working days after informing the seller.
Design From is allowed to refuse returned goods or refund if the original packaging has been opened, if the products were damaged by the buyer or if the complaint is too late once the delivery is reported.
Design From carries no responsibility or costs relating to the return of goods by the buyer. Goods that are returned without prior notice will not be accepted. The costs of returning the consignment rests with you as a customer. In the exchange of goods, we take the cost of shipping back to you on us.
Of course, we hope that this hardly occurs. In any case, good agreements make good friends, so please inform us as soon as something pops up and hold the statutory deadlines in the eye.

- You will receive instructions for returning the product.
- After receiving your shipment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- We will exchange the product (if in stock) or refund the purchase price.
Products that are made to measure for you or have been personalized, can never be exchanged.
