Cancel, returns and exchanges

We do everything we can to inform you as well as possible about our products. However, it may happen that you are not fully satisfied upon receipt, or that a product arrives damaged.

Legal cooling-off period — 14 calendar days

In our webshop you have a legal cooling-off period of 14 calendar days, starting the day after receipt of the goods. Within this period you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason.

Please contact us if the delivered goods do not meet your expectations. If they arrive damaged, do not open the packaging, take a photo and send it to contact@designfrom.be with a description of the problem.

Return conditions

• Goods must be undamaged, unused and unopened (original condition and packaging)
• All enclosed documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included
• Products made to measure or personalised cannot be returned
• Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted

Return costs

The cost of returning the shipment is at the customer''s expense: €4.55 (fixed price). When exchanging goods, we cover the shipping costs back to you.

Refund

designfrom.be will refund the full purchase amount including initial shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the goods are not received in conformity with the return conditions, the refund will be partial or nil. The product remains your property in that case. Upon request, it can be sent back to you at your shipping expense.

2. You will receive confirmation and instructions by e-mail
3. Send the item to the address below
4. After receipt you will receive a confirmation by e-mail
5. We exchange the item (if in stock) or refund the purchase amount within 14 days
