We promote pick-up points as the most cost-effective delivery option.

Shipping within Belgium

  • Free pick-up in Wevelgem — by appointment, always free
  • Regular mail via bPost — suitable items only — standard €2.50 | free from €30
    (note: not insured)
  • Pick-up point via Mondial Relay — 3–5 working days — standard €4.55 | free from €49
  • Pick-up point or parcel locker via bPost — 1–2 working days — standard €6.00 | free from €85
  • Home delivery via bPost — 1–2 working days — standard €7.20 | free from €100
    For orders between €75–€100 a contribution of €3.60 applies

Orders paid online are shipped the next day. Different delivery times are clearly mentioned on the product page.

Shipping outside Belgium

We only deliver within the European Union. We do not deliver outside the EU.

Home delivery — price for orders under €85 / €85–€100 / €100–€125 / free from €125:

  • Germany (DPD): €8.40 / €4.20 / free from €100

For parcels exceeding standard dimensions or weight, a higher shipping cost may apply. The exact cost is shown after entering your delivery address during checkout.

Home delivery

Via bPost or DPD. If you are not home, you can request a second delivery attempt via the track & trace link or collect the parcel from a post office or PostPunt within 14 days.

Pick-up point delivery

When placing your order, you choose your preferred pick-up point. You will be notified as soon as the parcel is ready.

Packaging

We pack every parcel carefully to prevent damage. If the contents arrive damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt.

Note: We like to keep costs low — we may use a recycled box. Better for the environment and your wallet!
